My UX Research journey has been marked by a diverse range of projects, from e-commerce websites to mobile applications and dashboards. Through these experiences, I've honed my skills in both exploratory and evaluative research. Through conducting stakeholder and user interviews, creating personas and user journeys, and conducting usability testing, I've developed a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. I am now eager to apply my expertise to the EdTech sector, where human-centered design can revolutionize learning experiences and outcomes.
